President Ralph W1DAR called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm local.
New Business
Chris explained his offer to provide training in contest operating for BRARA members. He would like to kick off the program with a presentation at the June BRARA meeting. After that he would have Zoom sessions so they can be recorded. All agreed this was a good thing to go forward with and the first session will be during the June meeting.

The next Auction is March 9. Ed Grumet donated a radio to the Auction. Auction Committee (Ralph, Jay, Bruce, Barry) will meet 1/15 at 9 am to go through and renumber items for March. Also need to set reserve values.
Director at Large: Barry KO4FBU
Replaced bushing and pulley on the motor for the crank up tower. Goes up and down ok. Banner is up in the Shack the FT8 awards have been taken down and stored. Need some #2 wire and a clamp to fix up the ground system for the 80 meter vertical. He hasn’t heard back yet from Kirk about the storage shed application. December electric bill has been received and paid. We’ll go back to quarterly payments in 2024.
Do we need two Board meetings a month? It was decided to cancel the January 27 meeting. Next Board meeting 2/14.

Nothing to report. Lunches set for January and February. Radiator Grille in March. Speakers set for February and March.

UPS batteries have been ordered. 3 A/C filters to ship on 1/15.

We need to figure out how to handle the LOTW and QRZ accounts. Bruce is looking at social media. We should have a list of officers and directors’ names and phone numbers posted in the Shack. It should also be on the web site behind the login.
