PBC Parks and Recreation has reinstituted a mask requirement in county buildings. You will need a mask in the station. It has been noticed that some members are not properly shutting down the Shack when leaving. Turn off equipment and lights, ground antennas, turn down the AC, make sure both doors and gates are locked.
We will not have a club effort at the Shack for Winter Field Day. Members will be able to schedule time at the Shack and operate under their own calls. Contact John C to book time slots. Other individuals working from home stations can also contribute toward an aggregate club score. Jeff S let members know that the Gold Coast club will be operating from Quiet Waters Park at the Bald Eagle Pavilion.
Rick K1DS will be working the ARRL January VHF Sweepstakes with George WA2VNV. He will send a message to the club requesting members try to at least make an FM QSO with them. They will be listening around 5 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
