BRARA minutes for 1-June-2021
The BRARA monthly association meeting was held via Zoom conference. The meeting was called to order by the President KO4XL at 7:15 pm. Attending: 23 Zoom participants. Each attendee checked in with name call and location. Officers and directors provided an update of their club related activities.

Mike reported that the minutes for the May meeting are on the web site. Jay S made a motion to accept the minutes as posted, seconded by Jeff S. The motion carried. Mike then presented a membership update revised from the database. 130 Active, 23 Family, 6 Life , 3 Associate 162 total. 6 pending on the database, 2 silent keys this year. We have collected from all but one of the buyers from the Auction.
Treasurer; Bonnie KC2JVS
Bonnie presented the Treasurer’s report for the month of May 2021. She filed BRARA taxes in May.

Draft of anti-discrimination policy was discussed at the Board meeting. Several revisions were suggested. Also going forward with Shack reopening this weekend.
