In Pi-Star the cpu load box represents the load over 1/ 5/ 15 minutes. For boards with single core processors a load of 0.50 = 50% CPU load, a load of 0.75= 75% CPU load since 1=100% For boards with quad core processors you multiply the load by 4 so a load of 0.50 becomes 2.0=50% and a load of 0.75 becomes 3.0=75% since 4=100%.
