On the RSVP include your name, callsign, e-mail address, cell phone number, number of people attending including you, and names of your guests (if possible).
It is important that everyone must RSVP with the total number of attendees, including themselves. If you or your guest need to cancel, even the day of the event, please let us know. How many will be attending or are all canceling?
