General Meeting – March 4

Our BRARA March 4, 2025, monthly meeting will take place in person at the West Boca Branch of The Palm
Beach County Library, 18685 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL 33498 and via Zoom. People arrive in person between
6:00 – 6:30 PM and Zoom chat opens about 6:00 PM. The business portion of the meeting starts at 6:30 PM and the
presentation begins about 7:00 PM.
Our guest speaker for March is Bart Jahnke, W9JJ. Bart has been with ARRL in several different roles. Primarily:
1985-1989 Repeater Directory Editor and Contest/Regulatory Assistant
1989-2005 ARRL VEC Manager
2016-2019 Contest Program Manager
2019-present, Radiosport and Regulatory Information Manager (interim Field Services
Manager), then more recently Radiosport and Regulatory Information Manager. His present role
also includes extensive lead LoTW support. He is planning to share his screen and:
- Walk through installing TQSL,
- Requesting a certificate,
- Installing the certificate and setting up station locations
- Uploading QSOs
- Confirming the upload results
- Applying for an Award(s)
- Q&A (at end or anytime in say chat or live

Doors and Zoom open at 6:00 for general discussion and rag chews. The business meeting starts at 6:30. Our speaker generally starts at around 7:00.
