About Who We Are

The Boca Raton Amateur Radio Association is a non-profit (501 c3) organization of Amateur Radio enthusiasts located in Palm Beach County Florida. We are affiliated with the ARRL as a Special Services (check our status here) club. We were founded in May 1996. We have a permanent operating facility in the West Delray Regional Park where our members can use our club-owned equipment. The club meets monthly on Zoom since COVID.

Our mission is to serve and support our community of radio operators and neighbors by utilizing all aspects of radio communications. We teach and mentor new and existing amateurs how to obtain and upgrade licenses and further expand their enjoyment of the many ways we explore our world through radio.
