President Ralph W1DAR called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm local.

Radiator Grille brought in $315. Only 31 checked in, but the cash amount looks like significantly more were present. $20 in donations, and Carol Sjursen renewed $45.
Henry informed the Board that he needed to step down as VP and Director. George WA2VNV has agreed to fill the remainder of his term. The Directors approved the appointment.

Minutes have not been posted for March yet. Will have for the May meeting. Need to reach out to Lew K4LEW to see if he wants to step down as Trustee. Fred KB4EE has expressed interest in taking over.

Mike we need to maintain current fire extinguisher for insurance fire coverage. Will look at cost of inspection.
