Planning and execution are underway. The media and government officials have been notified by email and written documents with invitations to visit our shack. Further, Boca Raton and Delray Beach and the county of Palm Beach officials have been asked for a proclamation noting that week as “Amateur Radio” week.

Here are some tasks that we need someone to step up to and volunteer”

  • Signup to operate a station
  • Food for lunch
  • Signup to send traffic messages
  • Setup and breakdown helping hands
  • Outreach to CW ops

A list of operators has been compiled and your name may be on it. If so, please let me know that you are OK or not being on this list

There is one very important task that is underway and is getting the hour by hour seats filled for each of the stations. Presently, this ASSIGNMENTS document is populated with names from prior field day events but are NOT CONFIRMED.  The time slots from 9pm Sunday to 8am Sunday are the most available.
